To start your return or exchange, start here.
Although we have an incredibly lenient returns & repair policy, there are a few rules we don’t make exceptions for after the 30-day return period is over:
- No refunds or exchanges, even for unused items
- No size or color changes unless the original option was discontinued
- Personalized products are ineligible to be returned or exchanged but can be repaired.
- All repairs must start with sending in your items first. We'll cover the cost of the repair and shipping it back to you, but you'll have to cover the cost to send it in.
We do our best to process returns & exchanges within a week of receiving them. There aren’t a lot of updates throughout the process, so we appreciate your patience while we get it fixed as quickly as possible.
If you don't want to wait for us to receive it and resend, please request a refund and place a new order. Free shipping and other discounts from the original order can't be applied unless it's sent in as an exchange.
