How long do I have to return or exchange my order?Updated a month ago

If you don't love your gear when you first get it, you can return your items for a full refund up to 30 days after you get your gear. We know we're the only place you can get our products from, so it's okay to test out the gear and still send them back if you don't like them. All returns & exchanges must be sent back within 30 days of receiving your gear. 

No refunds will be processed after 30 days, so if you're cutting it close, it has to be in the mail back to us within 30 days; requesting the return does not extend the timeframe to send it back. Orders sent back outside of the return period can only be repaired.
