Atlas Pet Company Help Center

We want you to love your APC gear. If you don’t, you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Gear must not be used, dirty, or damaged, and must include the original packaging. Used, dirty, or damaged gear will incur a $10 restocking fee per item. You can start a return or exchange here.

There are a few rules we don’t make exceptions for after the 30-day return period is over:

⦿ No refunds or exchanges, even for unused items.
⦿ No size or color changes unless the original option was discontinued.
⦿ Personalized products are nonrefundable but can be repaired.
